MISCELLANEOUS
INSURANCE
(2) In addition to the insurance required under
clause 50 (1), ADUG may effect and maintain other
insurance.
FUNDS - SOURCE
(2) All money received by ADUG must be deposited as soon
as practicable and without deduction to the credit
of ADUG's bank account.
(3) ADUG must, as soon as practicable after receiving
any money, issue an appropriate receipt.
FUNDS - MANAGEMENT
(2) Subject to any Resolution passed by ADUG in General
Meeting, ADUG's funds are to be used in pursuance
of ADUG's objects in such manner as the Committee
determines.
(3) Subject to clause 22 (4) of this Constitution, all
cheques, drafts, bills of exchange, promissory notes
and other negotiable instruments must be signed by
two (2) persons who must be Members of ADUG, but not
necessarily members of the Committee, authorised to
do so by the Committee.

SERVICE OF NOTICES
(a) any Member either personally or by sending it by
email or by post to the Member at the Member's
email address or postal address as shown in the
Register of Members, or
(b) any affiliated User Group either by personally
delivering it to the person nominated by that
User Group to be its contact person, or by sending
it by email or by post to the User Group at the
User Group's email address or postal address, as
shown in the Register of Affiliates.
(2) If a document is sent to a Member or to an Affiliate
by properly sending an email or by properly addressing,
prepaying and posting to the Member or Affiliate a
letter containing the document, the document is, unless
the contrary is proved, taken for the purposes of this
Constitution to have been served on the Member or the
Affiliate at the time at which the email was sent or at
the time at which the letter would have been delivered
in the ordinary course of post.
